Wallsend Manor Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team on a Part Time and Full Time Basis.
The RN will lead the Enrolled Nurse and Personal Care Assistant team, develop assessments and care plans, and ensure high standards of clinical care for residents.
You will be responsible for medication administration, AN-ACC documentation, and coordinating with multidisciplinary staff to deliver compassionate, person-centered care in our aged care facility.
