About the Opportunity
This role offers a genuine pathway into the real estate industry or Property Management, with structured support and exposure to all aspects of property management. Working alongside an experienced team, you’ll assist with day-to-day portfolio tasks while also playing an active role in leasing activities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with tenants and landlords
- Helping manage lease renewals and follow-ups
- Handling leasing enquiries, bookings, and open homes
- Assisting with application processing
- General administration tasks across the portfolio
- Providing day-to-day support to the Property Manager
This role is designed to give you real experience, not just observation, setting you up with the skills needed to step into a Property Manager position in the future.
