We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Parts Interpreter to join our parts team at our Wagga branch.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong parts knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and a genuine passion for the automotive and truck industry to become part of a well-established, family-owned business.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and supplying parts for our service team and external customers.
- Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide exceptional customer service at the counter and over the phone
- Check, receive, and dispatch parts inventory
- Liaise with customers and suppliers
- Meet all manufacturer requirements and targets
- Work as part of a team
- Following OEM pricing and online catalogues
- Ideal Candidate
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Be reliable for full-time working hours Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rotational roster
- Neat and tidy appearance
