We currently have an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our wonderful service team at our Wagga branch.
As a key point of contact between our dealership and our customers, you’ll play an important role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional customer service, from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and creating a positive first impression
- Manage service bookings, customer enquiries, and scheduling requirements
- Liase with parts team to ensure all parts are available for workshop repairs and servicing
- Build strong customer relationships through clear communication and excellent service
- Following up on external bookings and tracking progress
- Helping ensure the service department runs smoothly and efficiently
