Worked on projects between $2M-$6M
Has had hands-on experience from a carpentry perspective - preferred
High-End residential and Architectural designed homes
Skilled in contract admin, project coordination and PM tasks
Deadlines and challenges need to be handled efficiently
Ability to manage multiple sites at once.
Works well with clients, carpenters and building admin team - good communicator
