  • Up to 3 nursing homes for a major national health brand
  • Luxury residential and third-party commercial projects across the Sydney/Newcastle corridor

This is an opportunity to join a business with genuine pipeline depth and long-term project security, working across a broad and interesting mix of retirement living, aged care, civil, and residential/commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review and manage subcontracts, variations, and progress claims
  • Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and risk/issue tracking
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors
  • Support budget estimates, cost planning and value engineering processes
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and statutory obligations across live projects

  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar (highly regarded)
  • Experience with Procore will be highly regarded

What's on Offer
