VTech in South Melbourne is seeking a dynamic part-time Customer Service Representative to support the VTech and LeapFrog brands. The role is office-based, 8:30am–5pm, with flexible start or finish times across five days a week or four full days.
You will handle customer inquiries, provide technical assistance, process spare parts requests and retailer orders, and assist the Marketing team with administrative tasks. Ideal candidates are experienced in customer support and fluent in English.
