Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre invites an experienced Tours Manager to lead our Touring Department, overseeing daily operations, product development, sales growth and guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead Tour Guides, Team Leaders and Coordinators, shaping authentic Indigenous experiences and ensuring strong commercial outcomes.
A Cert IV in Tourism (Tour Guiding), Senior First Aid, and a Blue Card are preferred, with a passion for Indigenous culture.
