Food & Beverage Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.
A passionate hospitality leader who will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Food & Beverage services whilst contributing to effective hotel operations whilst mentoring and guiding new Food & Beverage recruits.
You will require a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) & a Valid Full Australian Drivers Licence to work in this role.
- Key Duties
- Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements.
- Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors.
- Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
- Set an example of professional behaviours.
- Participate in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management.
