The good stuff
-
Flexibility without the fuss. Hybrid working, flexible start and finish times, and telehealth options where appropriate. A little control over your workday goes a long way.
-
Permanent or contractor? Your call. Choose the arrangement that suits you.
-
Your social work degree gets a workout. Combine counselling, assessments, report writing and case management rather than being boxed into one type of work.
-
More disciplines, more perspectives. Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, counsellors, Support Coordinators and Psychosocial Recovery Coaches, with opportunities to contribute to Functional Capacity Assessments alongside experienced OTs.
-
Give your car a break. Fleet vehicles are available, with parking and work-related expenses covered.
-
Workmates beyond the Teams screen. Weekly team lunches and monthly team activities help keep everyone connected.
-
Get in while things are growing. Build your caseload, establish your place in the team and contribute to a developing service.
What you'll actually be doing
You'll support NDIS participants across Greater Sydney, helping them work through challenges, access appropriate supports and make progress towards goals that matter to them.

-
Providing individualised counselling and therapeutic support.
-
Completing assessments and writing reports.
-
Supporting participants with case management, goal setting and capacity building.

You'll build towards a full-time caseload, with opportunities to work across different participants and areas of practice.
Where you'll be roaming
Opportunities are available across:
-
Campbelltown and South-West Sydney
-
Zetland and Inner South Sydney
-
Brookvale and the Northern Beaches
You'll work across clinics, community settings and participants' homes, with hybrid and telehealth options where appropriate. A current driver's licence and willingness to travel across Greater Sydney are essential.
Youβll probably fit right in if...
-
You're a qualified Social Worker with experience in disability and/or the NDIS.
-
You're confident across counselling, assessments, case management and report writing.
-
You can manage your own workload but value having other disciplines to collaborate with.
-
You believe good support starts with listening to participants and respecting their choices.
-
You're looking for flexibility without compromising on meaningful, hands-on work.
