The Role

Based in Seven Hills and Parramatta, you'll support clients across Western Sydney through a combination of clinic and community-based services. You'll work with a predominantly paediatric caseload, with opportunities to support adult clients depending on your interests, experience and the needs of the organisation. Your work may include:

  • Functional capacity assessments and reports
  • Sensory processing and regulation
  • Fine and gross motor skill development
  • Activities of daily living and independence
  • Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
  • Emotional regulation and executive functioning
  • Supporting clients with complex developmental and functional needs

You'll also collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team, giving you the opportunity to learn from other disciplines and provide genuinely holistic care. Importantly, you won't be left to figure everything out on your own. You'll have access to an established team, experienced clinicians and supportive leadership who want to see you succeed.

Who We're Looking For

We're particularly interested in speaking with Occupational Therapists who have approximately 2–5 years of experience. However, junior and senior clinicians are absolutely encouraged to apply! Ideally, you'll:

  • Hold an Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
  • Have experience working with NDIS participants, or an interest in developing your skills in this space.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Be passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centred care.
  • Value professional development, supportive leadership and a positive team environment.
  • Be looking for a role where you can continue growing both clinically and financially.

You don't need to tick every box. If you're an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist looking for a genuinely supportive workplace, we'd still love to hear from you.
