We’re looking for a Dental Assistant with 2+ years’ experience to join our North Sydney team. At Vogue Dental Studios, we’re a busy cosmetic dental practice, so this role will suit someone who enjoys being hands-on, organised and part of a close team. You’ll be working directly alongside our dentists, assisting with cosmetic and general procedures and helping make sure patients feel comfortable throughout their visit.
We’re not looking for someone who just wants to get through the day. We want someone who takes pride in their work, notices the little things and genuinely cares about patients and the people they work with.
What you can expect:
- Monday to Friday - no weekends
- A friendly team that works hard but enjoys working together
- Exposure to cosmetic dentistry and high end clinical workflows
- Training and opportunities to develop your skills
- Dental treatment discounts for you and your immediate family
About you:
- You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ dental assisting experience and be confident with chairside assisting, sterilisation and infection control.
- More importantly, you’ll be:
- Reliable and switched-on
- Comfortable working at a good pace
- Friendly and confident with patients
- Happy to take initiative rather than wait to be asked
- A team player who is willing to help wherever needed
- Interested in learning and becoming better at what you do
If you’re looking for a workplace that values your skills, supports your growth and makes coming to work something you actually enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.
