Bilingual Sales & Order Coordinator – Mandarin/English
VIVO Packaging is a Melbourne-based packaging supplier providing food packaging, custom-printed flexible packaging, and a wide range of packaging solutions to businesses across Australia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive Bilingual Sales & Order Coordinator to join our team in Keysborough.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone, and website, providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Proactively follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, and existing orders while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate with overseas manufacturers and our Australian team to manage production schedules and deliveries.
- Maintain customer and order records using Zoho and assist with general sales administration.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Mandarin, with the ability to handle customer emails and phone calls independently.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management.
- A proactive, responsible attitude with the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Valid Australian working rights.
Highly Regarded
- Previous experience in the packaging industry, particularly food packaging, flexible packaging, or custom-printed packaging.
- Outstanding English communication skills and experience dealing with Australian customers.
- Experience in B2B sales, sales support, order processing, or import/export operations.
- Familiarity with Zoho Inventory or similar business management systems.
- Basic marketing, Canva, or graphic design skills.
Packaging industry experience is preferred but not essential. Product and system training will be provided.
