This role involves a variety of one-on-one and group physiotherapy services provided to residents in aged care facilities. Programs allow for resident-centred and individualized care.
Key responsibilities:
- Functional assessments on admission, quarterly/annually, and as required
- Rehabilitation and short-term restorative care
- Small-group Exercise classes
- Wellness programs
- Manual handling training
- Opportunities for work and training in other streams, such as Community Home care, and Telehealth
About you:
- Holds a Bachelors' Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent approved by AHPRA – Full or Level 3 or Level 4 limited Registration
- Has a valid Drivers' licence and reliable vehicle
- Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it
- Holds a valid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it
- Has 2026 Flu Vaccine Certificate, or willing to obtain it
- Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it
