Who you are
- At least 3 years with experience trading Options, with a positive track record.
- Experience across APAC markets (Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, or similar)
- Thorough understanding of Options trading
- Sound judgment under pressure
- A collaborative mindset, where you’re comfortable sharing insights, challenging thinking, and helping the team refine strategies.
- Experience mentoring or working closely with junior traders
