Member Services - Mount Lawley & Lathlain in Perth

Viva Leisure, parent company of Plus Fitness and one of Australia's leading fitness groups, is looking for friendly, motivated Member Services team members to join our Mount Lawley and Lathlain clubs on a casual basis.

If you love people and fitness culture, and want a job where no two shifts feel the same, this is for you. You'll be the welcoming face of the club, helping members with their questions, showing prospective members around and talking memberships with people just starting their fitness journey. You'll also keep the club clean, welcoming and looking its best, so every member feels looked after from the moment they walk in.

You'll work in a well-equipped gym with functional training zones, boxing bags, battle ropes and a full range of cardio and strength equipment, as part of a supportive team in the heart of your local community. Plus Fitness has over 200 locations across Australia and Asia, backed by ASX-listed Viva Leisure, and these casual hours are flexible enough to fit around study, other work or life.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions
• Support membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva's sales process to maximise conversions
• Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with general queries, and promote additional services like personal training and group fitness
• Handle administrative duties including phone calls, members feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks
