Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Pilates and some of Australia's most iconic fitness brands, is looking for Member Services team members to join our Hamilton studio on a casual basis! This is a great opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalised service and create a positive experience for our members. You'll play a key role in supporting studio growth by building strong member relationships and helping to welcome new faces through our doors.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting members with general enquiries
- Conducting studio tours for prospective members
- Driving membership sales
- Making sure the studio is clean, welcoming and professionally presented at all times
This is a casual role with a flexible working schedule.
We are looking for someone with:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners
- Supporting membership growth by responding to enquiries and following up on leads
- Engaging with members and assisting with general queries
- Handling administrative duties including phone calls, member feedback, system updates, and shift handovers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented studio environment
