Member Services – Glen Waverley in Melbourne

Viva Leisure, parent company to Club Pilates, one of Australia’s leading fitness companies, is looking for new Member Services team members to join our club on a casual basis in Glen Waverley! This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional, personalised service and create a positive experience for our members. You’ll play a key role in supporting club growth by maintaining strong member relationships and helping to attract new ones.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting members with general enquiries
• Conducting club tours for potential new members
• Driving membership sales
• Ensuring the club environment is clean, welcoming, and professionally presented at all times

This is a casual opportunity with a flexible work schedule.

Skills & Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
• Experience in sales and customer service, ideally within the fitness or retail sectors

Key Responsibilities

• Providing a professional and welcoming experience for all members, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting club tours and inductions
• Supporting membership growth by responding to enquiries, following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process to maximise conversions
• Engaging with members on the gym floor, assisting with general queries, and promoting additional services like personal training and group fitness
• Handling administrative duties including phone calls, member feedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalating issues when necessary
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-presented club environment by performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restocking supplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supporting operational and administrative tasks
