Viva Energy Group is seeking an experienced Capability Specialist to join our Operations Training & Capability team on a fixed-term contract of up to two years.
You will uplift store capability across South Australia by transitioning from a central training model to a Store Manager-led approach.
You will coach Store Managers, support field leaders, and embed sustainable training practices that build long-term capability and confidence across our network.
