Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team on a full-time and casual basis.
You will provide hospital-level care to patients in their own homes across Greater Sydney, with shifts from 7am to 3pm and a Vitalis car provided for travel.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years post-graduate hospital experience, current AHPRA registration (Division 1), and strong clinical skills in high-acuity settings, IV antibiotics, and wound management.
