What You'll Do
- Lead the maintenance function through a visible, hands‑on leadership style.
- Deliver preventative maintenance programs that maximise asset reliability.
- Partner with Operations to reduce downtime and optimise plant performance.
- Coach and develop Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors.
- Drive root cause analysis and implement sustainable engineering improvements.
- Manage maintenance budgets, contractors and critical spare parts.
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance and housekeeping.
- What You Will Bring
- Experience leading maintenance teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical or electrical maintenance experience with a practical leadership approach.
- Relevant engineering or trade qualifications.
- Experience delivering preventative maintenance and reliability improvements.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability.
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and contractor performance.
- Excellent planning, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within corrugated packaging, FMCG or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
