The predicted salary is between 21.6 - 26.4 $ per hour.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, this role will be full time permanent working rotating weekly roster of day and afternoon shift with our busy production team in Campbellfield.
What You Will Do:
- Operating production machines and associated equipment for the manufacture of cardboard packaging
- Assist with job changes and associated tasks
- Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
- Housekeeping duties and any other ad hoc tasks required as part of a site production team
- Contribute to a safe working environment for yourself and the team
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic manufacturing environment
- Fit and able to lift up to 20kgs
- Strong interpersonal skills (clear communication, self-confidence, teamwork and collaboration)
- Ability to work under pressure and display a good eye for detail particularly in quality control
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment and hands-on experience operating machines
- Performance driven, adaptable to changes in the workplace and keen to learn new skills, processes, and procedures
