- Welcoming late-arriving guests and managing after-hours check-ins
- Providing excellent guest service throughout the night — handling requests, queries and any issues that arise
- Conducting regular security rounds of the property, including the Reef Motel
- Monitoring the property overnight, keeping an eye on entrances, communal areas, and guest wellbeing
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A people person, warm, friendly, and confident dealing with guests at all hours
- Reliable and responsible
- someone the team can trust to hold the fort overnight
- Calm under pressure
