Full-time warehouse all-rounder for a close-knit crew - a role to grow into, not just a job.
Visionchart makes and distributes whiteboards, pinboards, and acoustic panels for offices and schools right across Australia. Our Huntingwood warehouse is busy and growing, and we want solid all-rounders to join our close-knit operations crew - someone who wants to settle in, grow with us and make this their workplace for the long run.
What matters to us:
-
Good values. You're honest, do the right thing when no one's watching.
-
Respect, both ways. Treat your teammates, our customers and our gear the way you'd want to be treated.
-
Team first. You back your crew, share the load and pitch in without being asked.
-
In it for the long haul. You're looking for a place to stay and build, not a stopgap.
-
Work hard, have fun, have a good laugh while doing it.
What you'll bring:
-
Reliable and on time - you show up and back yourself in.
-
Comfortable working on your own, and supporting the team when it matters.
-
Experience across picking, packing, devanning, local deliveries and lending a hand on installs.
-
A current Forklift Licence (LF) and Driver's Licence. White Card or WWC a plus.
-
Handy with power tools — that's a big tick from us.
What we offer:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, $29 -$32/hour plus super, depending on experience.
A real team — people who respect each other, back each other and actually like coming to work.
All the gear: forklift, van, tools, PPE.
A Long-term role where you'll keep growing your skills and your place in the team.
