We are seeking experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses to join our team at Spring Hill Specialist Day Hospital in the heart of Brisbane.

About the Role
Working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists and fellow nurses, you will contribute to positive patient outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. As a Perioperative Registered Nurse, you will play an integral role in delivering safe, high-quality patient care throughout the perioperative journey.
You may work across:

Admissions and pre-admissions

Anaesthetics
-
Scrub/Scout
-
Recovery (PACU)
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Experience in perioperative nursing, including theatre, anaesthetics and/or recovery

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Understanding of ACORN, NSQHS and infection prevention principles
-
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
-
Postgraduate perioperative qualifications will be highly regarded but are not essential.
