They now seek a Quality Manager in Sydney for their thriving team.
This role will suit a hands-on Quality Manager who enjoys working closely with operations and production teams, understands the demands of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of food safety and compliance.
About the Role
- Lead all aspects of quality assurance and compliance across the manufacturing process
- Work closely with production, R&D, and technical teams to uphold food safety standards
- Oversee a small laboratory function including product testing and verification processes
- Prepare for and manage internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and traceability
- Drive continuous improvement in systems, communication, and teamwork across departments & ensure compliance with HACCP, FSANZ requirements and relevant customer standards.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, ideally across ingredients, beverage, or packaged products
- Strong working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand Food Standards Authority (ANZFA) regulations
- Collaborative communicator who can build relationships and engage effectively across the business
- Practical, hands-on approach with genuine accountability for outcomes
- Ability to balance technical QA discipline with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
