Viridian Glass Pty Ltd in Sydney's NSW region is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and engineering function at our Ingleburn manufacturing site. You will drive plant reliability, preventative maintenance and downtime reduction while partnering with Production, Quality and Operational Excellence.
You will oversee engineering and capital projects, manage contractors and budgets, and develop your team to lift safety, performance and manufacturing outcomes.
