What you'll do:
- As a Supervisor in our Business Advisory team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality work, supporting client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries.
- Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration tasks, including GST, PAYG, BAS, and IAS preparation.
- Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs.
- Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations, and supporting work papers for clients' accounts.
- Use tools like Xero, MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint, Word to deliver accurate and insightful work.
- Contribute to financial modelling and forecasting (prior experience desirable).
- Stay ahead of industry changes through ongoing professional development.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience in business services and tax advisory within a public practice environment.
- CA or CPA qualified (or currently working towards it).
- Professional, client-focused, and invested in developing into a trusted business advisor.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
