At Vinarchy, we’re not just making wine, we’re rewriting the rules of what a global wine company can be. Born from the merger of Accolade Wines and Pernod Ricard Winemakers in 2025, Vinarchy brings together decades of heritage, world‑class brands, and bold ambition to create something truly exceptional. Our portfolio includes icons like Jacob’s Creek, Hardys and Campo Viejo, alongside rising stars such as Greasy Fingers, J‑Harden, Dolly Wines and Cupio.

Now, we’re looking for a Vintage Winery Records Clerk to join our Barossa Wineries Operations team and help keep the engine room of our winemaking operations running smoothly.

The Opportunity

If you love organisation, accuracy, variety and being at the heart of the action, this role is for you. As our Vintage Winery Records Clerk, you’ll support the operational heartbeat of the Barossa wineries, ensuring data is accurate, processes run smoothly, and our winemakers and cellar teams have what they need to craft world‑class wines. You’ll be part of a team that values continuous improvement, best practice, and leaving things better than we found them. Every day will bring something different, and your contribution will directly support the quality, safety and reputation of Vinarchy’s wines.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter operational data for receivals, despatch, transfers, additions, racking, truck movements, container loading, centrifuging, barrels, vintage processes and bottling.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents and barrel cards.
  • Support winemakers, cellar staff and operations leaders to troubleshoot and ensure accurate data management.
  • Conduct filing, archiving and 5Stars housekeeping audits.
  • Provide general administrative support across the Winery Operations team.
  • Assist with company functions and activities.
  • Build strong working relationships across winemaking, cellar operations and support teams.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly with all stakeholders.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

You’ll play an active role in maintaining Vinarchy’s high standards in safety, quality and environmental management by:

  • Following QSE policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Treating all people with respect and upholding equal opportunity principles.
  • Reporting concerns that may impact people, product or reputation.
  • Participating in training, audits and continuous improvement activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in the wine industry or related field (desirable).
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office and Windows‑based systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
  • Strong numeracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Other Requirements

  • Flexibility to work overtime or outside standard hours during peak periods.
  • Willingness to undertake additional training as needed.

Why Vinarchy?

Because here, you’ll be part of something bigger. A global wine company with deep roots, bold ideas and a commitment to empowering our people. You’ll work with passionate teams, contribute to iconic brands, and help shape the future of the wine category. If you’re organised, detail‑driven and excited by the idea of supporting world‑class winemaking, we’d love to hear from you.
