Village Roadshow is seeking a People, Capability and Culture Transformation Lead to drive a fixed-term transformation across our people function at Movie World, Oxenford, Gold Coast. You will design and embed development, recruitment, and workforce analytics frameworks, while coaching the PC&C team and ensuring a smooth transition to permanent leads.
