The Opportunity
From blockbuster thrills to splash-filled adventures, help make every guest’s day one to remember! As a Guest Services Host at Warner Bros. Movie World and Wet’n’Wild, you’ll bring a warm welcome and a guest-first approach to the day-to-day operation of our Guest Services Office. Delivering exceptional service to our guests and fellow team members, you’ll help keep the fun flowing and create memories that last a lifetime.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional service to every guest and ensuring service standards are met or exceeded.
- Attending and assisting with incidents throughout the park, providing support to guests and team members while following established safety and operational procedures.
- Responding to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly to achieve positive outcomes.
- Following up on guest feedback and escalating unresolved concerns to the Guest Services Supervisor.
- Sharing relevant guest feedback with departmental stakeholders.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of park attractions, facilities, operations and emergency response procedures.
- Accurately processing point-of-sale transactions for wheelchair and stroller hire.
What We’re Looking For
- A current Provide First Aid and CPR certificate is required, or willing to obtain this qualification prior to commencement.
- Well-developed organizational skills and strong administrative skills.
- A professional attitude and exceptional level of customer service as well as a positive and friendly personality.
- Proven conflict resolution and complaint handling skills.
- Ability to use initiative to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Must be available to work a seven-day rotating roster, including weekends, school holidays and evening functions.
