Village Roadshow Theme Parks is seeking a People, Capability and Culture Transformation Lead to drive a multi-site transformation across the People function on a fixed-term, 12-month contract basis. Based at Gold Coast’s Movie World in Oxenford, you’ll design and embed contemporary people practices spanning organisational development, talent acquisition, leadership development and workforce capability.
You’ll lead change through influence, expertise and coaching, creating frameworks and ways of working.
