The Opportunity
Be the first smile our guests see and set the tone for an unforgettable day! We’re looking for Admissions Cashiers to join the front-line team at Sea World. You’ll play a key role in creating a seamless entry experience, from welcoming guests to processing tickets and upselling multi-park options. If you love delivering exceptional service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to shine!
Key Responsibilities
- Be the friendly face – greet guests, manage queues, and provide clear, helpful information.
- Keep it smooth – process EFTPOS transactions at ticket booths.
- Upsell and add value – promote multi-park tickets to enhance the guest experience.
- Know your products – maintain superior product knowledge of ticket types and entry conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous guest or customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills and fast, accurate typing.
- Ability to work any day, including weekends and school holidays.
- Flexibility for evening functions such as Spooky Nights, White Christmas, and other special events.
