Staff Services Assistant
$33.05 per hour | Casual – Higher Duties

The Opportunity
Calling all current team members! An exciting internal opportunity has arisen for someone interested in becoming our next Staff Services Assistant.
Reporting to the Staff Services Supervisor, you will be responsible to issue and receive all of the uniforms required for staff at Movie World, Wet’n’Wild, AOS and Paradise country whilst managing and maintaining all staff related services such as the issuing of cast ID cards, name badges and staff passes.
Key Responsibilities
You'll keep our teams looking show-ready from head to toe! You’ll be:
- Issuing and receiving all uniform stock for Movie World, Wet'n'Wild, AOS and Paradise Country to provide and maintain the Village Roadshow presentation dress standards
- Recording all transactions in the Uniform Management Facility computer program
- Making name badges for all staff so they meet the high dress standards of Village Roadshow
- Creating and maintaining all staff ID cards
- Completing all uniform room paperwork while attending to staff needs, including issuing staff passes
- Recording and bagging up the dry cleaning so it’s ready for collection
- Using IT systems and equipment confidently, including computers, photocopiers, email, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
What We’re Looking For
You're organised and friendly, and you already know what makes our parks special. You’ll bring:
- Must be punctual, reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
- Must have good communication and people skills, be assertive, self-motivating and have a desire to work in a customer service-based role. Decision making ability is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferable but not essential
- Display a professional attitude and appearance.
- A highly developed internal client focus.
- Enthusiastic and dedicated team member with a positive attitude to their work who continues to contribute to the team with suggestions of improvements and innovative ideas.
- 2x Sat Sun availability each month , and availability for AL coverage
