For over 50 years, Vili's has been serving South Australians their favourite pies, pastries and coffee. Our cafés are fast, friendly and proudly local, and we're looking for Casual Café Cooks who love a busy service and great food.
We are currently seeking a cook to work Tuesday and Wednesday 6am till 2pm, with the possibility of more hours.
What you'll do
- Cook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timing
- Coordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periods
- Maintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout service
- Restock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checks
About you
- Experience in canteens, food trucks, fast food chains or similar fast-paced environments
- Skilled grill cook with solid knowledge of cooking temperatures, food safety standards, and kitchen efficiency.
- Strong multitasking and clear communication within the kitchen and the FOH team
- Reliable, energetic, and proud of consistent quality
