What you’ll do:
- Cleaning and sanitising production trays, utensils, tubs and equipment.
- Operating high-pressure hoses to clean.
- Ensuring all equipment and utensils meet food safety and hygiene standards before returning to production.
- Safely handling cleaning chemicals and sanitation products in accordance with workplace procedures.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and hazard-free washroom and production environment.
- Following allergen management and cross-contamination prevention procedures.
- Practising safe manual handling and contributing to a strong workplace safety culture.
About you:
- Reliable and available to work regular casual shifts on a Monday to Friday roster.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including standing for extended periods, repetitive tasks and lifting up to 20kg.
- Able to work in warm, cold and wet production environments.
- A safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
- A positive team player who takes pride in producing quality products.
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety, quality and operating procedures.
