- Support the development and oversee the maintenance of pricing models, underwriting tools and product documentation.
- Monitor portfolio performance and use analysis to improve pricing, risk assessment and product outcomes.
- Lead complex underwriting and pricing decisions for individual risks, providing specialist advice on complex insurable risks.
- Contribute to VMIA's reinsurance strategy, program design, submissions and marketing activities, while maintaining relationships with key reinsurance partners.
- Collaborate across the business to align products with operational systems, processes and capability requirements.
- Maintain strong governance, compliance and risk management practices, including identifying and addressing risks, issues and incidents.
- Lead, coach and develop product specialists, setting clear expectations and supporting performance, professional growth and wellbeing.

- A collaborative leadership approach that promotes accountability, inclusion and continuous improvement.
Qualifications and eligibility:
- A tertiary qualification in Business, Insurance, Risk Management, Actuarial or a related field.
