About VIDA Health
VIDA Health (Victorian Health Building Authority) is responsible for the rollout of the Victorian Government's multi-billion-dollar health capital projects. We're delivering world-class health facilities across Victoria including new public hospitals and emergency care, community health services, ambulance branches, residential aged care and mental health facilities. VIDA Health also provides technical support across engineering, property, asset management and environmental sustainability disciplines.
Opportunity
In this position, you will lead the development and delivery of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities across VIDA Health’s Digital Build program. You will transform complex project, asset, and spatial data into meaningful insights, develop trusted data and reporting solutions, and work closely with key stakeholders to strengthen decision-making and drive continuous improvement across VIDA Health’s capital portfolio.
Key aspects of the role include
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of Digital Build’s analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities to support evidence-based decision making.
- Leveraging project, asset, and spatial planning data to identify emerging trends, risks and opportunities, driving greater visibility of scope, cost, schedule, quality, and delivery outcomes.
- Building and optimising data models, pipelines, and automated reporting solutions that improve data quality, accessibility, and reliability.
We are looking for
- A tertiary qualification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience delivering data analytics, business intelligence, performance reporting, or data management within complex project, infrastructure, construction or government environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in Power BI, SQL, and modern data platforms, designing data models, automated solutions, and impactful dashboards that turn complex data into meaningful insights.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.
