About the role: The Social Content Producer brings the Department of Health's stories, priorities and public health messages to life through creative, engaging and social-first content. Working across the department's social media channels, the role proactively identifies fresh, innovative and culturally relevant opportunities to connect with audiences, while responding creatively to content briefs and emerging priorities. About you: Main Accountabilities: You’re a creative thinker who understands what makes people stop scrolling, pay attention and engage. You’re curious about culture, trends and how people communicate online, with a strong instinct for turning complex information into content that feels clear, human and made for social. You’re comfortable taking a brief and bringing your own creative thinking to it, but you're just as likely to spot an opportunity and pitch an idea yourself. You understand that great social content isn't simply about publishing information. It's about finding the right idea, format and story for the audience.
