- Your new role
The client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects.
They will be reporting into the Senior Manager IT Systems and Infrastructure.
- Accountabilities
- Translates business needs into structured delivery objectives as requirements gathering is approved for system implementation.
- Ensures traceability from requirements ranging from, build, test and deployment.
- Manages full lifecycle budgets (Cap Ex/Op Ex) including monthly forecasting of spend monthly burn rate and reporting of any impending overspend.
- Oversee technical solution delivery to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and meets all security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and lead a fortnightly Governance meeting on all projects being managed.
- Manage transition to operations including a benefits realisation report, lessons learned and project closure.
- What you'll need to succeed
- Prince 2 or relevant equivalent project management qualification (i. e. PMP, Agile) and significant demonstrated experience in IT project management.
- Proven success in delivering compliance critical and enterprise HR systems.
- Proven end to end systems delivery (from initiation through to go live).
- Proven experience in successfully managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong project governance, planning and control including knowledge of OH&S, HR, Privacy and regulatory obligations.
- Demonstrated success in change management practices, training and adoption.
- Well-developed stakeholder, vendor and risk management capability
