We're a friendly, family-run Melbourne business looking for some great people to join our installation team!
We've got plenty of exciting projects happening and are looking for reliable, hands-on people who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work and want to be part of a good crew.
Whether you're an experienced gate and fencing installer or someone with a bit of trade experience looking to learn something new, we'd love to hear from you!
You don't need to know everything about gates and automation. We're more interested in finding the right people with a positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you’ll be doing

Installing residential and commercial gates and fencing.

Working alongside a friendly, experienced team.

Using hand and power tools.

Installing gates, posts, panels and hardware.

Working on a variety of interesting projects across Melbourne.

Learning new skills, including automatic gate systems.
Who we’re looking for
We’re open to different experience levels!
Experienced Installers – $50–$60/hr + Super
Ideally, you’ll have previous gate or fencing installation experience, be confident working onsite and be capable of completing installations with minimal supervision.
Developing Installers – $35–$45/hr + Super
Have some experience in construction, fencing, steelwork, fabrication or another hands‑on trade?
We’re happy to provide training and help you develop into a skilled installer.
For both positions, we’re looking for someone who:

Is reliable, hardworking and turns up ready to go.

Has a current driver’s license.

Is comfortable using basic hand and power tools.

Enjoys working as part of a team.

Has a positive attitude and a good sense of humor.

Takes pride in doing a good job.
Experience with automatic gates and motors is a bonus, but definitely not essential!
