Key responsibilities
- Managing advertising bookings, material, and deadlines
- Responding to client and agency enquiries
- Liaising with clients, agencies, and newspaper publishers
- Providing general sales administration and team support
About you
- Strong administration and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and client service skills
- A positive, flexible, and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a small team
- Previous experience in media, advertising, marketing, or sales support would be preferred
