VACCA in Melton is seeking a Nugel Team Leader to supervise a team of Case Managers, ensuring safety and wellbeing of Aboriginal children. You will lead practice under Nugel's Cultural Therapeutic Ways, placing culture at the centre and supporting families to stay together where possible.
Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will oversee investigations, assessments, and action plans, coordinate with government and sector partners, and carry a small caseload while modelling culturally appropriate practices.
