Integrated Living Aged Care in Ballarat is hiring two permanent part-time Support Workers to provide practical, person-centred home care. You'll travel across Ballarat and support clients to live safely and independently, with shifts 7am–3pm or 12pm–7pm, Monday to Friday.
Roles include personal care, medication assistance, domestic tasks, and helping clients access the community. You'll need a Certificate III in Individual Support, a valid driver's licence, WWCC or willingness to obtain, and a
