We are seeking experienced and motivated contractors across Behaviour Support (BSP), Speech Pathology (SP), Psychology and Occupational Therapy (OT) to work with individuals, families and communities.
Key responsibilities
Work with children, adolescents and/or adults with disability, neurodivergence and complex support needs
Apply NDIS frameworks, person-centered practice and evidence-based interventions
Manage your own caseload and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Build positive relationships with clients, families, carers and support teams
Work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary contractor network
About you
Hold relevant qualifications, registrations and professional memberships for your discipline
Have experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults with disability, neurodivergence and complex support needs
Be knowledgeable in NDIS frameworks, person-centered practice and evidence-based interventions
Demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
Be confident working autonomously, managing your own caseload and maintaining accurate clinical documentation
