Key responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and managing patient enquiries
- Booking and scheduling appointments (training provided)
- Processing patient registrations and data entry
- Managing payments and cash handling
- Supporting clinical staff with administrative needs
- Other reception and office duties as required
