Victoria Daly Regional Council is seeking a senior HR and Industrial Relations leader to shape the workforce strategy and partner with the CEO and Executive to drive organisational growth. You will lead enterprise bargaining, manage employee relations, and build a high-performing People & Culture team.
The role can be based in Katherine or work remotely with quarterly travel to remote NT communities; relocation support is provided as you transition into the role.
