Are you looking for a small animal veterinary role where you can enjoy coming to work, feel supported by your team, and genuinely make a difference to your patients and clients? Veterinary Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for veterinarians to join our team at our new veterinary hospital in Plainland.

We are an independently owned veterinary business built around providing exceptional patient care, personalised client service and creating a positive, supportive workplace for our team. Whether you’re an experienced veterinarian looking for your next opportunity or a new graduate starting your veterinary career, we would love to hear from you. New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

About Veterinary Solutions: Veterinary Solutions started as a mobile veterinary service and has grown through strong demand and support from our local community. Our new purpose-designed veterinary hospital in Plainland represents the next chapter for our team, allowing us to expand our services while maintaining the friendly, personalised approach that has been at the heart of our business.

Our hospital has been designed to support high-quality veterinary medicine and includes:

  • Modern consultation rooms
  • Dedicated surgical theatres
  • Diagnostic and imaging capabilities
  • Modern equipment and technology
  • A supportive veterinary and nursing team

About the Role: We are looking for small animal veterinarians who enjoy working collaboratively and building genuine relationships with clients and their pets. The role will provide exposure to a varied small-animal caseload, including consultations, preventative healthcare, diagnostics, medicine, surgery and ongoing patient care.

We understand that every veterinarian has different strengths and interests. Where possible, we want to help you develop the areas of veterinary medicine that you are passionate about.

New Graduates – We Encourage You to Apply! Starting your first veterinary position is a big step, and choosing the right clinic and team can make all the difference. We welcome applications from new and recent graduates and are committed to providing a supportive environment where you can develop your clinical skills and confidence. You won't be expected to know everything from day one. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced veterinarians and nurses, ask questions, discuss cases and progressively build your skills.

What We're Looking For: We're looking for someone who:

  • Holds, or is eligible for, veterinary registration in Queensland
  • Has a genuine passion for animal health and patient care
  • Enjoys being part of a friendly and collaborative team
  • Is willing to learn and continue developing professionally
  • Takes pride in providing a high standard of veterinary care

Experience is welcomed, but attitude, communication and a willingness to learn are equally important to us.

Why Join Veterinary Solutions? We want Veterinary Solutions to be a workplace where people feel valued, supported and excited about what we're building together. You'll have the opportunity to join an independent veterinary business during an exciting period of growth and help shape the culture and future of our new hospital.

We offer:

  • A modern, purpose-designed veterinary hospital
  • Supportive and approachable leadership
  • A friendly and collaborative team environment
  • Full-time, part-time, casual opportunities
  • Professional development and continuing education opportunities
  • Exposure to a varied caseload
  • Opportunities to develop your individual clinical interests
  • Support and mentoring for new graduates
  • A workplace focused on quality patient care rather than simply pushing numbers
  • The opportunity to grow with the business as Veterinary Solutions continues to expand
