As a Pest Technician with The Pink Group, one of Australia's leading pest management firms, you will service the Greater Sydney area while being part of a broader operation spanning the ACT and the South Pacific. This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team, use top-tier equipment, and secure a stable position with significant growth potential.
We are also willing to hear from trainee candidates who are interested in becoming a qualified Timber pest Technician; no experience is necessary, all training will be provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive termite inspections and complete detailed reporting across the Greater Sydney region
- Design, implement, and monitor termite management systems and chemical barriers
- Deliver high-quality residential and commercial general pest control treatments
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through professional service and expert advice
- Maintain safe work practices in alignment with company and industry safety standards
About you:
- Valid EPA licence with TP class (Units 8 & 10)
- Current, clean NSW driver's licence
- Proven track record as an active Pest Management Technician
- Excellent communication and strong attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
