Vertical Gardens Australia are seeking an organized Operations Assistant to support installation and maintenance projects from our South Yarra office. The role requires on-site presence at least twice a week, with flexibility to work from home as needed, and a proactive approach to keeping projects on schedule.
You will coordinate crews, manage deliveries and stock, use ServiceM8 to track jobs, handle client communications, and assist with quoting and invoicing as the business grows.
